Artists and New Vendor Submissions and Applications
Below are the forms required to to establish an artist & vendor account with I.A.M. To submit your album(s) for distribution as a physical CD or for digital distribution you are required to complete the submission form for each.
Please follow these instructions to submit your applications:
- Download the the PDF applications
- Enter your information directly on the file and save
- Email the completed PDF and a jpeg of the cd cover to submissions@indieartistsmall.com
- Print and sign your completed form.
- Mail the signed document, include five copies of your professionally produced CD to:

Submissions FAQ
How long will it take? Once we receive the complete submission package, your music will be available for purchase in 5 business days.
What do I get for my $100.00 set up fee? The set-up fee covers the placement and advertisement of your CD on I.A.M. (we would need a jpeg of your cd cover, preferrably 600X600, 72-100 dpi).
What if I have more than one CD/title? The initial set-up fee for the first CD is $100. The fee for additional titles and any future releases is $50.
If I send in the submission package am I automatically in the program? Yes. There is no review process on the viability of your cd. You will be contacted within a week of us receiving your submission.

Is iTunes included in the set up fee? - No. Inclusion on iTunes is a separate program with a $35 set-up fee for each album. If you would like to participate in this program, please let us know and we will send you an additional contract.
How much do I get paid for my CD's? I.A.M only requires $2 for every full-length CD sold and $1 for every EP sold. You keep the rest! You control the selling price of your CD. All sales are consignment-based so you get paid with each CD sold online.
